No. The monthly website plans are for a site and ongoing care. Launch Box is for getting your whole online presence built from scratch, so it adds a one-time setup fee that covers the extra work: brand, domain, email, Google profile, listings and social setup.
No. Registering your business, getting licenses and handling legal or tax questions is something to do with an attorney or accountant. We can point you to local ones. Once you are registered, we take care of everything online.
We register your free .com and rent it to you while you subscribe, so we hold it. Your mailbox lives on that domain. Your text, photos and logo are always yours. If you cancel and want a domain we registered, we release it for a one-time $99, or free after 24 months.
Most setups go live in 5 to 8 business days. The biggest factors are how fast you send your details and how long Google takes to verify your business profile. We move at a careful pace and review everything before it goes live.
It happens sometimes. We guide you through the options Google offers (video, phone, or postcard) and try again if needed. If it still will not verify, we use a professional verification service so you are not stuck.
Your setup fee and monthly price. A business email mailbox, domain and hosting are included as described. Extra edits, extra pages and optional add-ons are priced on the monthly plans page. Costs from third parties, like your state business filing fee, are yours.
Setup fees are not refundable once work starts. Monthly billing can be cancelled any time, runs to the end of the paid month, and billed months are not refunded. You approve your site before it goes live.
Yes. You can move from Launch to Launch Pro, or onto any of our monthly website plans.
